Essential Sport Kote® PC 128SF is a professional-grade, water-based urethane finish engineered to protect and enhance hardwood gymnasium floors, basketball courts, dance studios, racquetball courts, and other athletic wood surfaces.
Its advanced polycarbonate-reinforced formula delivers excellent abrasion resistance while maintaining a high-gloss appearance that stands up to heavy athletic traffic. The single-component formulation eliminates the need for mixing or catalysts, making application faster and more convenient.
With a quick drying time of approximately one hour, facilities can minimize downtime and return floors to service sooner. Sport Kote PC 128SF also offers excellent adhesion to most properly prepared gym floor finishes, making it ideal for routine screen-and-recoat maintenance programs.
Manufactured to meet today's environmental standards, this finish complies with VOC regulations in all 50 states and contains no intentionally added PFAS.

Directions for Use
- Thoroughly clean and prepare the floor surface.
- Ensure the existing finish is properly screened or abraded before recoating.
- Apply using a clean synthetic applicator following the wood grain.
- Allow approximately 60 minutes of drying time between coats under normal conditions.
- Follow manufacturer recommendations before returning the floor to athletic use.
