Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to product availability.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


2) Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


3) Shipping Rates

Freight shipments may apply to large, heavy, or palletized orders.

Some items may be available for local pickup only.


5) Incorrect Addresses and Re-Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs

  • Re-shipment will occur only after additional shipping fees are paid


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, if applicable

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


7) Risk of Loss

All orders are considered delivered once they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and responsibility pass to the customer at that time.


8) International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
