Essential Sport Kote® PC Plus 168SF is a next-generation, professional-grade water-based urethane wood coating designed specifically for hardwood gym floors and athletic wood surfaces.
Its innovative self-crosslinking polycarbonate technology provides outstanding durability, excellent gloss retention, and superior resistance to heavy athletic traffic. Unlike traditional gym floor finishes, PC Plus requires only one coat, dramatically reducing labor time and facility downtime.
The advanced formulation bonds directly to properly prepared existing gym floor coatings without sanding or screening, making it one of the fastest and most efficient gym floor maintenance systems available.
With a fast dry time of approximately 2–3 hours, facilities can return to normal use the following day while maintaining a beautiful, high-gloss finish that lasts throughout the year with proper maintenance.

Directions for Use
- Clean the floor thoroughly.
- Remove all dust and contaminants.
- Apply directly over a properly prepared existing gym floor coating.
- Use a professional T-bar applicator.
- Allow approximately 2–3 hours of drying time.
- Return the floor to service the following day under normal conditions.
